What is Eventwave?
Eventwave (eventwave.hr) is a Croatian ticketing platform: organizers publish events and sell tickets, buyers pay by card and receive QR tickets, and staff at the entrance check them with the scanner app. The platform is operated by Wavesphere d.o.o. from Rijeka.

Three roles, one account
Section titled “Three roles, one account”| Role | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Attendee (buyer) | Browses events, buys tickets, receives them by email, uses them at the entrance | eventwave.hr → My tickets |
| Organizer | Creates and edits events, tracks sales and statistics, adds staff | eventwave.hr → My events |
| Scanner (staff) | Scans QR codes at the entrance | scanner.eventwave.hr |
All three roles use the same user account: an organizer is also a buyer, and can be a scanner at their own events.
Key facts
Section titled “Key facts”- Payment: by card, through the WSPay (Monri) form, in euros; Eventwave never sees card details.
- Ticket: a PDF with a QR code (one page per ticket), also available in My tickets and in Google/Apple Wallet; the QR code is valid for one entry (or more, if the event allows re-entry).
- Receipt: a fiscalized receipt (JIR/ZKI) with every paid order, issued on behalf of the organizer (except €0 orders, which aren’t charged so aren’t fiscalized).
- Fee: a service charge paid by the buyer (depending on the event per order, per ticket or a percentage); the organizer keeps the ticket price; no subscription.
- Languages: Croatian and English.
- The ticket seller is the organizer; Eventwave is an intermediary. Refund conditions are set by the Terms of Sale.
